While we strive to work with trusted professionals, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, workmanship, warranties, delays, or liabilities of independent third-party providers.

Clients are encouraged to review contractor agreements directly where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoreline Estate Services shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Property damage caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events

  • Loss of use, revenue, or enjoyment

  • Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or third parties

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Wildfire & Emergency Services Disclaimer

Wildfire preparedness, property monitoring, and risk assessment services are preventative in nature and do not guarantee protection from fire, environmental hazards, theft, flooding, or other emergencies.

Clients acknowledge that environmental risks remain beyond the control of Shoreline Estate Services.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual invoices, proposals, or service agreements.

Late payments may result in:

  • Delayed services

  • Additional fees

  • Suspension of ongoing service arrangements

9. Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service provided.

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Shoreline Estate Services reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for scheduled services cancelled without sufficient notice.

10. Intellectual Property
